I purchased XB1 X Gears5 LIMITED Edition during 11.11 sales. After purchased they said they dont have Limited Edition and only have black color consoles. They want me to cancel the order if I want to but I dont want to lose my Voucher because of their incompetent so I didnt cancel and told them I can wait for the Limited Edition when they have in stock. After sending msg to them, they said "Sorry" and ship the items anyway. So now I got the Black color console instead of Gears 5 Limited Edition Consoles that I paid for. I had purchased from Qisahn many times before and this is the second time this kind of incidents happened. They will post all kind of deals but they dont have stock. When you go and pick up they will offer you another bundle. It is not cheap buying this kind of console and for sure everyone wants the exact console that you purchased especially when it comes to limited edition and such. Their customer serive is not helpful at all. Very disappointed for this purchase.more review
